Just use your favorite pasta sauce recipe for this, ground turkey can be substituted for ground beef, and you can adjust all ingredients to taste. Since my family likes lots of cheese filling I used 3 cups ricotta, 2 large eggs and about 34 cups mozza cheese when I made this casserole, I also added in a chopped green bell pepper, into the ground beef mixture with the onions and garlic. -- posted by KITTENCAL
